Live2D Models & Rigs

Please read, I want you to be aware of what you are paying for.

Terms of Service

GENERAL

  • The client must be aware that they are buying a digital good(s). The Client is paying me for creating said digital good(s) and for the right to use said good(s).

  • I will due my utmost to be transparent and communicate with clients as regularly as I can, providing updates and work-in-progress images / videos whenever possible.

  • Commissions are commercial usable

  • I reserve the right to accept or decline any requests I deem fit

  • Clients retain the rights to their characters, while I reserve the rights over the final artwork (I can post them online for social media and portfolio purposes)

  • Please provide as many references as possible, preferably in color

  • Furry, mecha, and light gore commissions may be accepted, albeit with an increase in both price and time needed to complete (up to my discretion to accept)

  • No Gore, NSFW, derogatory, or discriminative art

Payments, Additional Fees, & Refunds:

  • ALL prices mentioned on this page are in US$ dollar

  • Payments shall be upfront via Paypal ONLY

  • Slots are only confirmed once payments go through

  • Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the designs

  • Commissions may be completed as early as 2 weeks - 2 months. Completion depends on the my own free time and so a fixed amount of time until completion can never be defined. However, I will finish every commissioned work as soon as I can, unless cancelled

  • Take note that revisions may affect both progress and the timeline of which deliverables are produced

  • 25$ revision fee for any revisions after the main sketch has been approved for models and illustrations

  • Small revisions may be requested, such as color changes or physics intensities on a Live2D model rig

  • Excessive or larger rigging revisions will require additional charges based on complexity

  • Commissions are non-refundable once I've begun working on the piece

  • I may cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded at my discretion. Please be nice

Privacy Fees

  • A privacy fee of 15% of the total price of a commission will be charged.

  • I will not livestream the process of creating the client's commission, nor post any work-in-progress (WIP) images or videos of said commission until the client has shown off the commission.

  • Clients may post WIP's given by me privately, but must provide proper credits.

  • I am allowed to post a showcase of the commission, with credits to the client and artists involved once the client has debuted their model.
